Andres Umana - President

Andres is currently based in Southern California. He received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Baylor University (2018) and his Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University (2020). One of the reasons why Andres founded this non-profit association was to provide more opportunities for those who want to pursue higher education but may not have the immediate financial resources. In his free time, he enjoys attending sporting events, being outdoors, and spending time with his golden retriever.
Brad Sherrill - Secretary

Brad currently lives in Chicago, IL where he works as a director of strategy & analytics at E15 Group. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Strategy & Sales from 2021 NCAA men’s basketball national champion Baylor University (2018). Brad strongly believes in the mission, vision, and values of Shared Opportunities and recognizes how his educational background prepared him for success later in life. For that reason, he is passionate about helping others achieve their dreams by the means of financial support and mentoring. Brad also spends time discovering new restaurants, recovering from intramural sports injuries, and searching for the world’s best Old Fashioned.
Julia Ulrich - Board Member

Julia lives in Chicago, IL where she works at United Airlines in Pricing and Revenue Management. She received her Bachelor's degree from Bucknell University (2017), where she majored in Economics and Psychology and played on the water polo team. She is passionate about Shared Opportunities because she wants others to have the opportunity to explore their passions. In her free time, Julia enjoys traveling, hiking, and trying new restaurants and happy hours.
Devon Diggs - Board Member
Devon lives in Los Angeles, CA, where he works as a civil litigation attorney. Devon is active in diversifying his firm, serving as a Global Leader for the firm’s Black Lawyers Group. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics (2013) and his Juris Doctor (2019) from the University of Texas at Austin.
Devon spends his free time with his wife and dogs, attending or watching an array of sporting events. He joined the Shared Opportunities board driven by a passion for promoting diversity in professions that have long denied opportunity to people of color.

Darius Cade - Board Member
Darius resides in Chicago, IL where he works as an associate at White & Case. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University (2017) and his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas at Austin.
Dana Ulrich - Board Member

Dana is based in Chicago, IL where she works in strategy and analytics consulting. She received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago (2019), where she majored in Psychology, minored in Statistics, and played on the soccer team. While at UChicago, Dana was able to explore a range of subjects, pursue professional interests, and meet amazing people. She is passionate about Shared Opportunities because she wants to help provide others with that same opportunity. In her free time, Dana enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with friends and family.
