We are a registered 501(c)(3) organization that exists to assist women of color in their educational journeys. Our hope is to drive a more diverse, inclusive future by providing scholarships to aspiring students in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
Our Purpose
To establish and maintain a scholarship fund that helps decrease the cost barrier of entry in education. This barrier continues to prohibit talented women of color from pursuing their dreams in STEM, and we want to be part of positive change.
Our Vision
Women of color are particularly disadvantaged by the status quo. For this reason, we aim to contribute to the creation of a more level playing field. We want everyone who interacts with our organization to feel pride in being part of meaningful societal change. Our donors, board members, and scholarship recipients form a community of unified voices working together to improve diversity in thought, action, and leadership.
